Lundahl Landscaping, LLC. was born out of an inspiration to fulfill a niche' market demand for a more consultative and transparent selling approach to landscape & design build services, versus what is offered in the Quad Cities marketplace today. An approach whereby the end product or service delivered is born more out of collaboration and inspiration between the home or business owner and the service professional. In addition, Lundahl Landscaping offers a more economical alternative for homeowners and business owners because of the "transparency in offering different product choices" and, "honest discussions about budget" that brings the customer and owner closer together with regard to the design and functionality ultimately desired.

About the Owner
Mark Lundahl is a native to the Quad City area, born in 1963 in Moline, IL to Donald and Barbara Lundahl formerly of Lundahl VOLVO, and, is the proud father of 3 beautiful girls, Morgan, Hayden, and Eva.
​
In Mark's formidable years - age 15-22 - he worked in Landscaping and learned first hand how to harvest, plant, and care for plant-life (trees and shrubs) - and, he worked on a landscape crew installing patios and retaining walls.
​
After a 30 year career in corporate America, Mark decided to return to the Quad Cities for family reasons, where he worked for a design build company for 6 years as general manager. In October of 2019, Lundahl Landscaping, LLC. was established when Mark saw a niche opportunity to offer existing high standard quality workmanship and landscape services, but at a more economical price. Using proven business models and best practices that Mark used in past careers he knew he could deliver more for less money.

Additionally, Mark felt that more focus and attention on customer service was required in today's competitive landscape services environment, saying; "Customers have choices and they vote with their wallets; so, in order to instill confidence in customers that their hard earned money is well placed with me, I must have superior customer service and a better "price-value relationship," or, as many would refer to it, a better "return on investment."

As an owner of a small company, Mark's passion is spending quality time with client's and he prides himself on helping that client bring to life their vision. Mark feels that the consultative process is too rapid with most landscape companies, based on personal experience, and therefore is looking to set his company apart from the others through a more collaborative approach.

Mark wants to grow his company organically, through word-of-mouth references, which he says; "is an obvious indication of the faith that people have in my approach and
end-product, but it is also the basis for building a trusted brand."
Our Mission
Our number one goal is to offer landscape services that are perceived in the market to be too costly for a much better price-value relationship. We believe that the relationship between a service provider and a customer should be a trusting, fair, and respectful relationship, which is why we are careful to spend as much time with our customers as necessary to instill confidence. We aim to give our customers a “better return on their investment,” than any other firm in the bi-state region.
